Directions to the Mohs Surgery Center at Suite 801

The directions below will take you directly to our office Suite 801 in building 800 at Colonial Court. Building 800 is to the right of our other office, Suite 903, in building 900. These buildings are separated by a center median.

If you are using a GPS, the zip code 19067 is applicable to both Yardley and Morrisville, and either are acceptable when locating our offices.

From Local Surrounding Areas

1. Get on Route 332 (approx 1/4 mile west from I-95 exit).
2. From 332 East (Newtown and vicinity) make right onto Stony Hill Rd.
3. From 332 West (Yardley and vicinity) make left onto Stony Hill Rd.
4. At next light, continue straight. The name of the road changes to Township Line Rd.
5. Floral vale Professional Park will be approx 1/2 mile down on the left. Take the 2nd Entrance into Floral Vale Professional Park.
6. Proceed straight and once you've come to the circle, take the 2nd right off the circle.
7. Take 2nd right into the parking lot for building 800. We are suite 801, the 1st set of double doors on the left.

From PA Turnpike and Oxford Valley Mall Area

1. Get off PA Turnpike at Exit 351 toward Trenton/Philadelphia.
2. Follow signs for US-Route 1 North.
3. Take US-Route 1 North to the Oxford Valley exit.
4. Make left onto Oxford Valley Rd.
5. At the next major intersection (Kohl's Department store will be on your right), make left onto Big Oak Rd.
6. Follow for approx 2 miles through 1st traffic light and make a right into Floral Vale Professional Park.
7. Proceed straight and once you have come to the circle, take the 2nd right off the circle.
8. Take 2nd right into the parking lot for building 800. We are suite 801, the 1st set of double doors on the left.

From Philadelphia

1. Take I-95 North and keep left to continue towards I-295.
2. Take Exit 5A to merge onto US-1 North toward Morrisville.
3. Take the next exit toward Oxford Valley.
4. Make a left onto Oxford Valley Rd.
5. At the next major intersection (Kohl's Department store will be on your right), make left onto Big Oak Rd.
